ACHIEVEMENTS PROGRAM RULES

12.1. General Provisions

12.1.1. The Achievements Program is a system for rewarding active and conscientious Platform Users.

12.1.2. Achievements are displayed in the User's profile and provide additional privileges.

12.2. Achievement Categories

Starter — For basic Platform actions; Activity — For regular use; Quality — For high rating, quick responses; Sales — For number of transactions; Expertise — For specialization in certain niches; Social — For community participation; Buyer — For active buyers; Unique — Manual awards (Pioneer, Founder's Choice, etc.).

12.3. Award Types

12.3.1. Automatic (AUTO): awarded by system when conditions are met; conditions are objective and measurable; ~85% of all achievements.

12.3.2. Manual (MANUAL): awarded by Administration; for exceptional contribution to development; cannot be obtained automatically; ~10% of achievements (Pioneer, Founder's Choice, Community Hero, Beta Tester).

12.3.3. Hybrid (HYBRID): automatic trigger + manual moderation; ~5% (Verified, Licensed Veterinarian, Registered Kennel).

12.4. Award Conditions

12.4.1. Conditions for each achievement are publicly described in the "Achievements" section.

12.4.2. Progress toward achievement is visible to the User at any time.

12.5. Privileges

Specific privileges for each achievement are published in its card. Privileges may include: increased listing visibility (from +5% to +50%); free promotion (1-3 per month); access to extended analytics; discounts on paid services; priority support; exclusive opportunities.

12.6. Commercialization Prohibition

12.6.1. Achievements are not sold under any circumstances.

12.6.2. Transfer of achievements between Users is prohibited.

12.6.3. Transactions aimed at obtaining achievements for compensation are prohibited.

12.7. Achievement Revocation

12.7.1. Quality achievements may be revoked when metrics fall below threshold.

12.7.2. Manual achievements are revoked only for gross violations.

12.7.3. Upon revocation — notification with reason and opportunity to appeal within 14 calendar days.

12.8. Unique Awards (Manual)

12.8.1. Pioneer — Details in Pioneer Program Rules.

12.8.2. Founder's Choice — Personal thanks from founder. Limit: 1-5 per year.

12.8.3. Community Hero — For real public action (animal rescue, helping shelter in crisis).

12.8.4. Beta Tester — Closes at public launch. Afterwards — cannot be obtained.
