7.1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") is the official offer of the Limited Liability Company "Dasta" (TIN [to be filled], hereinafter — the "Contractor") to conclude a paid services agreement with any User (hereinafter — the "Customer").
7.1.2. The Offer is drawn up in accordance with Articles 367-369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law "On Electronic Commerce".
7.1.3. Acceptance of the Offer constitutes: payment for a selected paid service; activation of Pro subscription; use of the Boost service; other actions clearly indicating acceptance of the Offer.
7.1.4. From the moment of acceptance, a paid services agreement is deemed concluded between the Contractor and the Customer on the terms of this Offer.
7.2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with the Platform's paid services, and the Customer undertakes to pay for them in the established manner.
Extended Platform functionality: increased active listings limit (up to 200); extended analytics; priority moderation (up to 4 hours); exclusive features (CRM, bulk operations); reduced commission on certain operations; priority support.
Rates: Monthly subscription: [amount] UZS; Semi-annual: [amount] UZS (discounted); Annual: [amount] UZS (discounted).
Pinning to category top for 1-30 days; color highlighting in search results; promotion on Platform social media.
Rates: 1 day: [amount] UZS; 7 days: [amount] UZS; 30 days: [amount] UZS.
Reducing moderation time to 1 hour. Cost: [amount] UZS per listing.
Priority and extended verification for business partners. Cost: [amount] UZS.
7.3.1. Prices are listed on each service page in the Platform at the time of payment.
7.3.2. Prices are stated in national currency (UZS).
7.3.3. The Contractor may change prices with at least 14 calendar days' notice to Users. Changes do not apply to already paid subscriptions until they expire.
7.3.4. All prices include VAT (if applicable).
7.4.1. Payment systems: Click; Payme; Uzcard; Humo; Visa; Mastercard.
7.4.2. Auto-renewal: subscription auto-renews by default; Customer may disable auto-renewal in "Settings → Subscription"; when disabled, subscription remains active until end of paid period.
7.4.3. Payment receipt: generated automatically after successful payment; available in personal account under "Receipts"; sent to email with consent.
7.5.1. Services begin immediately after payment.
7.5.2. Service validity period is specified during checkout.
7.5.3. Unused services expire and are not refunded.
7.6.1. The Contractor warrants: service delivery for the paid period; conformity with service page description; Platform technical availability (allowing for scheduled maintenance).
7.6.2. For extended outages (over 24 consecutive hours) — compensation in the form of subscription extension.
Refund conditions are set forth in the Refund and Exchange Policy.
7.8.1. The Contractor is not liable for: inability to use service due to Customer's fault; third-party technical failures; force majeure circumstances.
7.8.2. Contractor's aggregate liability is limited to the cost of the paid service, but not more than 5,000,000 UZS.
7.9.1. Customer may terminate: by disabling auto-renewal; by ceasing service use; on refund grounds.
7.9.2. Contractor may terminate: for Customer's rule violations; for non-payment at auto-renewal; on grounds provided in the User Agreement.
