Buyer — User purchasing goods, services or animals

Seller — User posting sale listings

Service Provider — User providing services (veterinarian, groomer, etc.)

Partner — Legal entity or individual entrepreneur who has signed a partnership agreement

Verified User — User who has passed the verification procedure in accordance with Platform rules

Account — User's account on the Platform

Listing — Information message about the sale of a product, animal or service

Content — Any information posted on the Platform: texts, photos, videos, documents

Transaction — Agreement between Users for purchase-sale or service provision

Pro Subscription — Paid subscription with extended functionality

Boost — Paid listing promotion service

Pet Passport — Digital pet passport on the Platform

Personal Data — Personal data within the meaning of Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547

Cookie — Cookie files and similar tracking technologies

Pioneer — Pioneer Program participant — one of the first 200 verified partners
