PIONEER PROGRAM RULES

11.1. General Provisions

11.1.1. Pioneer Program is a program for the first verified partners of the Zooelon platform.

11.1.2. Organizer: LLC "Dasta".

11.2. Program Goals

Attracting the first quality partners at the launch stage; forming the "core" of verified sellers and service providers; stimulating active Platform use.

11.3. Participation Conditions

11.3.1. Candidates: kennels; veterinary clinics and private veterinarians; groomers, trainers, boarding facilities; pet stores; shelters and animal protection organizations.

11.3.2. Requirements: successful completion of verification; application submission to Pioneer Program; active Platform use (minimum 5 listings in the first month).

11.4. Participant Limit

11.4.1. The program is limited to 200 (two hundred) participants for the entire lifetime of the Platform.

11.4.2. Upon reaching 200 participants — application acceptance permanently ceases.

11.4.3. Each participant is assigned a unique sequential number from 1 to 200, displayed in their profile.

11.5. Pioneer Benefits

Pioneer №X badge in profile and listing cards; Free 12-month Pro subscription; Priority verification (up to 24 hours); +30% to listing visibility in search results; Free first-month promotion; Personal launch manager; Access to early features; Invitation to closed Zooelon events; Mention in marketing materials (with consent).

11.6. Pioneer Obligations

Active Platform use; Participation in feedback and new feature testing; Maintaining rating no lower than 4.0; Compliance with all Platform rules.

11.7. Status Preservation

11.7.1. Pioneer status is indefinite.

11.7.2. Not revoked, except for: gross legal violations; proven fraud; animal cruelty; transferring account to third parties; legal entity liquidation.

11.8. Program End

Upon reaching the 200 participant limit: new applications cease; status becomes unavailable to new partners; existing participants retain all privileges.

11.9. Transparency

11.9.1. Current participant counter (e.g., "47 of 200") is publicly visible in the Platform.

11.9.2. Pioneer list (with participants' consent) published in "About Us" section or on a dedicated page.
