10.1.1. These Rules govern the status of verified partners of the Zooelon platform — kennels, veterinary clinics and doctors, groomers, trainers, boarding facilities, pet stores, and other professional Users.
10.1.2. Verified status provides advantages and imposes obligations.
Verified kennel — Registered dog/cat/other species kennels; Verified veterinarian — Licensed veterinary specialists; Verified clinic — Licensed veterinary clinics; Verified groomer — Professional groomers with certificates; Verified trainer — Certified cynologists and animal psychologists; Verified boarding — Organizations providing boarding services; Verified store — Pet stores (Individual Entrepreneur or Legal Entity); Verified shelter — Registered shelters and animal protection organizations; Verified business — Other legal entities in the pet industry.
10.3.1. Application submission via "Become a Partner" section or at partners@zooelon.uz.
10.3.2. Documents for all categories: business/IE registration certificate; TIN certificate; head/representative's passport; contact details and requisites.
Additional by category: Kennel — Cynological club registration (RKF, FCI, local); Veterinarian — Degree and license; Clinic — Veterinary activity license; Groomer — Course certificates, portfolio; Trainer — Cynological certificates; Boarding — Premises documents, sanitary standards; Store — Product conformity certificates; Shelter — Registered NGO founding documents.
10.3.3. Review: standard — up to 7 business days; with cynological clubs — up to 14 days; with state registries — up to 14 days.
10.3.5. Upon approval: verified badge activated; access to extended functionality opened; personal manager assigned (for Pro-partners).
Verified badge in profile and listing cards; Higher priority in search results; Extended listing limit (up to 500+); Extended analytics; Priority moderation (up to 4 hours); Priority support; Access to programs (Pioneer, Founder's Choice); Brand partnership opportunity; Additional tools (CRM, bulk operations).
10.5.1. Legal compliance: "On Veterinary Medicine" Law (for veterinary partners); "On Consumer Rights Protection" Law; "On Protection and Use of Wildlife" Law; sanitary and epidemiological standards; tax legislation.
10.5.2. Service and product quality: accurate information in listings; timely response to requests (no more than 24 hours); respectful communication with clients.
10.5.3. Maintaining rating: Minimum rating to maintain status — 4.0 out of 5.0.
10.5.4. Document updates: timely update when changes occur; notify LLC "Dasta" of requisite changes; renew expired licenses immediately.
Status may be revoked: rating drops below 4.0; repeated justified complaints (3 or more in 6 months); loss of licenses or certificates; legal entity liquidation; gross ethical violations; fraud; animal cruelty; false information during verification.
Revocation decision may be appealed within 30 calendar days.
10.7.1. Verification is valid for 12 months from approval date.
10.7.2. Upon expiry — document re-confirmation required (simplified procedure).
10.8.1. Commissions: standard commission on sales: 12-18% (depends on category); commission on services: 20-30%; veterinary online consultations: 20-30%.
10.8.2. Settlements: partner payments — weekly/monthly (by choice); via bank transfers or payment systems; with full reporting.
