🎁 Welcome Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. Every new user who completes registration on the Zooelon platform receives a one-time Welcome Bonus ("Bonus").

1.2. The Bonus is a virtual credit provided free of charge by LLC «Dasta» as a gift. It is intended exclusively for use within the Zooelon platform — on the website, in the mobile app (iOS and Android), and in the Telegram Mini App.

1.3. By accepting the Bonus, the user fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Bonus is provided exclusively upon a user's first-time registration on the platform.

2.2. Only one Bonus is issued per phone number, per device, or per individual person.

2.3. The Bonus is credited to the user's account automatically — immediately upon registration confirmation.

2.4. Any attempt to obtain the Bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitutes a violation of the platform's rules and may result in all associated accounts being blocked.

3. How the Bonus Can Be Used

3.1. The Bonus may be used exclusively within the Zooelon platform to pay for the following services:

• placing listings;
• boosting listings (Boost);
• priority moderation service;
• Pro subscription (partial payment);
• other paid platform services.

3.2. The Bonus does not constitute money and has no legal tender status under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.3. Withdrawing the Bonus as real money, transferring it to a bank card, e-wallet, or any other external account is strictly prohibited.

3.4. Transferring, selling, or exchanging the Bonus with another user is prohibited.

3.5. The Bonus is deducted exclusively through the platform's automated payment system — manual balance management is not possible.

4. Validity Period

4.1. The Bonus is valid for 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date it is credited to the user's account.

4.2. Any unused Bonus balance upon expiry is automatically cancelled with no possibility of recovery.

4.3. The validity period cannot be extended — no exceptions.

5. Refund and Cancellation

5.1. The Bonus is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money under any circumstances.

5.2. The Bonus is solely a gift from the platform and does not create any financial obligation on the part of LLC «Dasta».

5.3. If the user's account is deleted — any remaining Bonus balance is cancelled immediately and cannot be recovered.

5.4. If a violation of these Terms is detected, LLC «Dasta» reserves the right to cancel the Bonus without prior notice.

6. Restrictions and Prohibitions

6.1. Using the Bonus for the following purposes is prohibited:

• money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• transfer to external accounts, cards, or payment systems;
• selling or transferring to third parties;
• payment for services that violate the platform's rules.

6.2. Upon detection of a violation, LLC «Dasta» has the right to cancel the Bonus and block the user's account.

7. Right to Amend Terms

7.1. LLC «Dasta» reserves the right to:

• change the Bonus amount for new users;
• suspend or discontinue the Welcome Bonus programme;
• amend the terms of Bonus usage.

7.2. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Previously issued bonuses continue to apply under the previous terms until their expiry.
